The slopes are within walking distance (10 minutes) or can be reached by the ski bus that departs 50 meters from the house.

The apartment, fully renovated in 2022, is spread over two floors, each equipped with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. A spacious living room, a dining room, and the kitchen complete the apartment. It is therefore ideal for accommodating a large family, a group of friends, or two families, giving each guest their own independence and privacy. No additional beds are available in the living room. The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and bidet, both have a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. A flat-screen television and wired & Wi-Fi internet access are provided in the apartment.

In summer, the location is ideal for wonderful walks in the woods of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park, reaching alpine lakes, mountain huts, pastures, and high mountain trails within the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. For golf lovers, the Campo Carlo Magno Golf Club, with its 9-hole course designed in 1920 by Henry Cotton, is a 2-minute drive away.
