House Rules

To ensure all our guests enjoy a pleasant and trouble-free stay, we kindly ask you to read the house rules carefully. These simple guidelines help us keep the apartment in order, respect the neighbors, and provide you with the best possible experience.


You will find practical information about check-in and check-out, the use of spaces, and important technical aspects to help you enjoy the apartment with complete peace of mind. We kindly ask you to follow them carefully: your cooperation is valuable and allows us to welcome you at our best.

House rules:

  • Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Self check-in with smart lock
  • No smoking
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events
  • The fireplace in the apartment is not to be used


Please also note:

  • Stairs are required: there are approximately 15 steps to reach the apartment door.


Security deposit: Up to €500 may be charged for any damages.


Additional Rules

VERY IMPORTANT: Hot water is provided by electric boilers. When cooking on the induction hob or using the dishwasher, the boilers must always be turned off, otherwise the electricity supply will be cut off and you will need to go to the basement to reset the apartment’s power meter.
